SHIPPING & EXCHANGES

Exchanges: We understand that sometimes it can be difficult to know what scent is the perfect scent for you so if you don't absolutely love the scent you chose, you may return your unburned candle to us for an exchange. You are responsible for return shipping.  Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your order ships.

SHIPPING: We cannot be responsible for lost/stolen packages. once you receive a shipped tracking number the orders are out of our hands. ALL packages are insured.

All orders will ship Mon-Thurs to prevent sitting in the post office over the weekend.

Order processing will vary, but I will get orders shipped ASAP.
