SAFETY & CARE
-
Your first candle burn is the most important. It is important to let the melt pool reach the edges of the jar or bowl to prevent tunneling of your candle for future burns. It is a good idea to burn your candle for 3-4 hours.
-
The melted wax, not the flame gives off the candle scent, which is why It is important to burn until you reach the full melt pool.
-
Keep your candle free of wick clippings. Debris in the candle causes the flame to flicker too high, which can also lead to soot & blackening of the glass.
-
NEVER leave a burning candle unattended. Always burn out of reach of children and pets.
-
Trim your wick 1/4 inch after each use for a cleaner burn & less soot.
-
Never burn your candle more than 4 hours at a time without trimming your wick. Your flame may get too high or too hot.
-
Keep your candle away from fans, curtains or drafts.
-
Always burn on a heat safe surface.
